Smudging (Smoke) White Sage - Cleansing: The Latin word for sage, salvia, stems from the word, heal. Palo Santo – Balance: Palo Santo in Spanish means “holy wood.” Cedar – Protection: Cedar is the most sacred tree to Native Americans. Rosemary – New Beginnings: Whether breaking a habit, embarking on a new path, or opening up your creativity. Sweetgrass - Purification: Used by Native Americans to invite positive energy, Sweetgrass symbolizes kindness and honesty. Spray (Smoke Alternative) Contains Moon Water with Sage, Palo Santo, and Frankincense essential oils, perfect for cleansing and detoxifying. Drumming I use a Native American-made elk-hide hand drum. Drumming helps to “loosen up” the negative energies. Crystals Grounding and cleansing crystals. Candle Magick White & Black Candles are the most commonly used. White candles are used for Purifying, Cleansing, Protection, and Balancing. Black candles are used for Absorbing or Banishing negative energies. Reiki Infused Music Tracks A playlist of my favorite reiki-infused flute music. Moon Water A combination of water infused with full moon energy, rosemary, and spearmint essential oils.
